Location: Brasov in Office OR Remote, in Romania

Senior PowerBI Developer Associate: A role you will love  

As a Power BI Developer, you will 

🛠  Translate complex data into intuitive, insightful and functional visualizations by pushing the limits of the Microsoft Power BI visualization tool 

🛠  Design, create, and find new innovative ways to visualize data in Power BI by means of infographics, dashboards, engaging graphics, and compelling visuals 

🛠  Work with Data Engineers to extend and improve dimensional data models  

🛠  Work with Data Scientists to present their model outputs to the stakeholders  

🛠  Work with the Data Team by helping to translate the model and pipeline outputs into interpretable, clear and concise analytics 

🛠  Connect data sources, import data and transform data for Business intelligence 

🛠  Understand business requirements to set functional specifications for reporting applications 

🛠  Connect to a variety of data sources such as SQL Azure, Microsoft Graph, Relational Data, Non-Relational Data, Big Data, JSON etc. 

🛠  Provide excellent service and create actual and perceived value/ relevance for stakeholders 

🛠  Architect, design, and develop enterprise self-service analytic solutions, business intelligence reports, visualizations and best practice standards.  


What will you bring to the role?  


 3-5 years of experience in data-specific roles and a grip over data analytics 

 Expertise in reporting and visualization using Power BI, Azure SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks 

Power BI Report development will be the prime focus. 

Expertise in using advanced-level calculations on the data set. 

Expertise in developing tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards. 

End-to-end experience within Power BI; from ETL via Power Query to publishing secure reports and dashboards in a SharePoint Online environment to setting up Alerts 

Experience reading data from multiple sources such as: Dataverse, Azure Cloud Storage, Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, Personio etc. 

Experience working with different Power BI connectors 

Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals. 

 Proficiency English skills
